出口安放角对离心机加速盘性能的影响
Effect of Blade Outlet Angle on the Performances of Centrifugal Accelerator Disk

摘要(Abstract):

选取双级活塞推料离心机加速盘为研究对象,借鉴泵叶片设计思想,在对其叶片曲线分析的基础上,建立了三维计算模型,采用Fluent软件进行内部流场计算。选取物料在出口半高度处速度和横截面内湍流强度为研究对象,分析了等变角螺旋线和渐开线这2种类型曲线的出口安放角对加速盘内部流场的影响。计算结果表明,不同类型的曲线叶片,其出口安放角变化造成的影响是不同的,应分别加以考虑。等变角螺旋线出口安放角应小于35°,对于渐开线,当出口安放角为16.4°时对物料加速是有利的。研究结果为活塞推料离心机加速盘设计理论的完善提供了一定的参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the the curve of the blades on the accelerator disk of the two-stage piston pusher centrifuge and the idea of the blade optimization,three-dimensional model of the accelerator disk was built and flow field was calculated with the Fluent software.The velocity at the half height of the outlet and the turbulence intensity at the cross section at the half height of the disk were chosen as the variables.The effects of outlet angle with two kinds of curves on the flow field in the accelerator disk were analyzed,including variable angle helix and involute.The simulation results show that the effects of outlet angle for the blades with different curves are different.It is beneficial to accelerate materials when the outlet angle are less than 35° and 16.4° for the variable angle helix curves and involute curves,respectively.These results provide the basis for the improvement of theory on the design of the accelerator disk for the two-stage piston pusher centrifuge.
