摘要(Abstract)：
本文概述了目前电站用大口径截止阀阀体的主要缺陷;提出了用锻焊结构解决高温高压阀体制造工艺难题的新思路;介绍了按此设计的DN65电站截止阀的性能及结构特点;并提供了制造与验收的技术标准以及有关的设计要点。
This paper describes the main defects of the presently largedianmeter power-station stop valve body, and survey its broad condition of using Forgedwelded body, a new way to overcome the difficult problom of the manufacturing technology of hign temperature & hign pressure valve body, is proposed. Based on this technology we have designed the DN65 power-station stop valve. The paper introduces its functions, structure features, put forward the technology standards of manufacturing and checking, and the main design way, etc.
