水-相变材料复合蓄热装置的温度分布模型研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了一种新型的水-相变材料复合蓄热装置:在水箱的上部添加少量相变材料,设置两个均流孔板将水箱分为高温段、低温段和过渡段。在普通水箱多节点模型的基础上,建立了水箱内温度分布的数学模型,在时间域进行了离散,编制了程序进行模拟分析,并通过试验进行了验证,测试数据和模拟分析的数据能够较好地吻合,说明所建立的模型以及模拟计算的方法是合理的。
A water-PCM(Phase Change Material) hybrid thermal storage device was designed and studied.Two orifice panels separate the tank into three sections: high temperature section,low temperature section and transitional temperature section.Based on the multi-node model,the mathematic model of temperature stratification is set up and discreted in the time domain.Programmes are prepared according to the mathematic model to predict the vertical water temperature and experimental testing is conducted for comparison.There is little difference between experimental values and simulated values.It indictes the mathematical model is reasonable and practical.
