摘要(Abstract):

以一共轴式部分流磁力泵为例 ,介绍了共轴式部分流磁力泵水力设计、结构设计 ,总结了共轴式部分流磁力泵主要零件的加工工艺和材料。经试验验证共轴式部分流磁力泵性能达到了设计要求 ,运行平稳、工作可靠。共轴式部分流磁力泵的研制成功为今后类似产品开发研究积累了经验。共轴式部分流磁力泵有广泛的推广应用领域 ,具有重要的使用价值
On some special situations, pump system demanded is small volume,zero leakage and high performance.The partial emission magnetic pump of close coupled type has all the traits.The method is introduced for hydraulic and structural design.The material and machining technique of the main parts are also summarized.It is proved by the experiment results that pump performance and structural dimensions fulfill the requirements and the pump operates smoothly.This development accumulates experience for similar designs in the future.The partial emission magnetic pump is of practical significance and would have an extensive market.
