摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种具有内置气缸的滚动转子压缩机结构型式。这种结构的压缩机转子内部套入一个更小的滚动体 ,形成一个新的偏心圆环空间 ,从而增加了一个工作腔 ,大幅度地提高了气缸空间利用率 ,与传统的滚动转子压缩机相比 ,在相同体积下具有更大的排气量 ,拓宽了滚动转子压缩机的使用范围
A new construction in which an inner cylinder is placed was presented. A new eccentric chamber comes into being by mounting a smaller rolling column into the rolling piston. Through this method, the efficiency of the volume in the cylinder is extended. Compared with the traditional rolling piston compressors, the newly-proposed one has much larger valid volume, therefore the applied range will be widened efficiently.
