摘要(Abstract)：

简述了上海嘉华中心的采暖、空调、通风、防排烟系统设计 ,介绍了室内空气品质及运用冷却塔制低温水解决民用建筑内区冬季过热问题的方法
The heating,air conditioning,ventilation and smoke control system design of the Shanghai K Wah Centre were described.The indoor air quality and the method of solving the civil building inner zone overheat in winter was presented by using cooling tower to supply low temperature water.
