离心压缩机叶轮冲蚀磨损的动力特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究固粒冲蚀磨损对离心压缩机叶轮动力学特性和结构强度的影响,建立磨损损伤的叶轮的三维模型,并采用有限元方法,对有无离心预应力状态下原始叶轮和损伤叶轮的固有频率和振型进行提取,对叶轮共振特性进行研究,对因材料流失而造成的叶片强度、刚度变化进行了分析。研究结果表明:因冲蚀磨损引起的叶片局部减薄对叶轮整体振动特性影响不明显;叶轮在工作转速下其第6,7阶共振裕度较小;冲蚀磨损损伤的叶片存在应力集中和刚度降低的现象。
To study the influence of particle erosion on centrifugal compressor impeller's dynamic characteristic and structural strength,3D impeller model with damaged blades caused by erosion wear was build. Based on the finite element method,natural frequencies and modal shapes of original impeller and damaged impeller with or no pre-stress were extracted. The resonance of the impeller was studied. The intensity and rigidity changes of blade caused by material loss were analyzed. According to the result,the localize blade thinning due to erosion has no effect on the impeller 's vibration characteristic. At operating speed,the impeller's resonance margin is small under the 6th and 7th frequencies. Stress concentration and stiffness degradation exist with damaged blade.
