高压柱塞泵汽蚀的分析与对策

摘要(Abstract):

针对高压柱塞泵的汽蚀现象,阐述了产生汽蚀的原因与危害。通过汽蚀判据的分析,给出了产生汽蚀的判断依据,该判据可作为高压柱塞泵的设计条件。并提出了高压柱塞泵的液力端结构与进水系统的优化设计措施,设计经工程验证可以有效消除汽蚀。
Aiming at the cavitation of a high pressure plunger pump,the cause and harm of cavitation are expounded. Through the analysis of the criterion of cavitation,the judgment basis for the occurrence of cavitation is given,and the criterion can be used as the design condition of high pressure plunger pump. This paper describes how to optimize the structure of the hydraulic end of the high pressure plunger pump and the water inlet system,the optimization effect is proved to be effective in eliminating cavitation.
