螺旋槽气体密封的研究Research on Spiral-Groove Gas Seals
摘要(Abstract):
分析了螺旋槽气体密封间隙内的气体运动并建立了雷诺方程,将用有限元素法对该方程求解所得的结果与有关文献中的结论进行了比较;同时,根据对自制螺旋槽密封件进行的试验,分析了螺旋槽运行规律,将得出一些有意义的结论。
Spiral-Groove gas seals work by maintaining a narrow clearance between the rotating and stationary rings. The finited element method is used to solve Renolds equation of the gas. The calculation result are in good agreement with the result of documents and testing which was done at gas bearing testing seat.
