改进控制器在多能互补供暖系统中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

为缓解能源危机、综合利用能源、提高能源利用效率,研究了改进算法后的PSO-PID控制器在太阳能-燃气热泵与热网互补供热系统中的作用。构建太阳能-燃气热泵与热网互补供热仿真模型,并对加入改进控制器前后系统的运行特性进行对比。结果表明:加入改进控制器减弱了互补供热系统的滞后性,使得用户的室温更加稳定舒适;其运行过程中的各项参数都得到了较好的控制;热泵机组的COP从3.94上升到4.87,PER从1.62上升到2.25;系统在整个供暖季所消耗的标煤量仅为采用传统控制器下的93%;更好的提升了互补供热系统的性能,并使其在整个供暖季可以更加高效、稳定地运行;更好地提升了互补供热系统的性能,并使其在整个供暖季可以更加高效、稳定的运行。
To relieve the energy crisis,comprehensive utilization of energy,improve the efficiency of energy utilization,studied the application of improved algorithm of PSO-PID controller in the solar-gas source heat pump and heating network complementary heating system. Builded the simulation model of solar power-gas heat pump and piping complementary heating system,and compared the operation character of the system after adding the improved algorithm of PSO-PID controller. The results show that after accessing improved algorithm of PSO-PID controller,the hysteresis of system is reduced,enable the temperature of user's room is more stable and comfortable; the different parameters of the system in running process can get better control; the COP value of heat pump units increased from 3. 94 to 4. 87,the PER value increased from 1. 62 to 2. 25; The standard coal quantity consumed throughout the heating season is only occupy 93% of the system in traditional controller; the performance of complementary heating system is better improved,and make it more efficient and stable running throughout the heating season.
