循环气体压缩机转子改造
Amelioration of the Recycle Gas Compressor Rotor

摘要(Abstract):

转子作为进口离心式压缩机组的核心部件和主要易损件,国外生产商的供货周期长,储备量难以完全掌控,容易影响生产。通过对进口转子的结构与性能进行研究,在分析转子各零件的材料、机械性能等各项技术指标的基础上,对转子进行了改造。改造后的转子经高速动平衡试验和超转试验以及实际运行检验,机组排气量、压力、转子振动和轴承温度等关键技术指标均能达到机组安全运行要求。
As one of the key components and easily damaged parts of the imported centrifugal compressor,the rotors have a long lead time,so could influence the production of plants.By researching the imported rotors and analysing the material and mechanical properties,the reclaim of rotors was achieved.The compressor capacity,pressure,vibration,temperature of bears and other main technical specifications were tesed in experiments,and the experiment results prove that the reclaim rotors could meet the requirements of production.
