摘要(Abstract)：
提出了一种钢坯脱碳及钢管内壁除鳞的新技术，介绍了一种管道内壁磨料射流喷射装置。通过反复试验证实，采用磨料水射流进行钢坯脱碳及钢管内壁除鳞，技术上是可行的，社会经济效益较好。
A new technigue for decarbonising the steel bilet and getting the rust off from the inside of the steel tuble using abrasive jet is presented. By means of the proposed technique,an abrasive jet device applied in the inside of tuble is designed. The repeated tests confirm that the presented technique is practicable and can get good benefit in economy.
