摘要(Abstract):
介绍了微速差双转子系统的动平衡原理,根据相关原理准确得到内外转子不平衡量大小和相位,结合虚拟仪器技术在LabVIEW下开发的测试程序,实现微速差双转子系统的动平衡,并在卧螺离心机上进行了实验验证。
The method of dynamic balancing of dual rotor system with slightly different speed was introduced.On the basis of correlation theory to identify the magnitudes and phase values of unbalance.A measurement programming based on LabVIEW was developed to realize the dynamic balancing operation of dual rotor system with slightly different speed and proved to be availability by experiments on horizontal spiral centrifuge machine.
