轴流引风机进气箱不同配置的性能比较
Performance Comparison of Different Configuration on Inlet Box of Axial Induced Draft Fan

摘要(Abstract):

对大型电站动叶可调轴流引风机进气箱内部三维流场进行了数值模拟,比较了进气箱几种不同配置时进气箱出口压力损失和速度分布,分析了内部流动损失的原因,计算结果为进气箱结构的优化设计提供了参考。通过与实验结果比较,计算结果验证了数值计算的精度。
The numerical simulation is carried out on three dimensional internal flow field in inlet box of adjustable rotor blade axial induced draft fan for large power plant.The total pressure loss and distribution of axial velocity between different configuration on inlet box are compared.The research shows complicated three dimensional characteristics with the non-uniform internal flow field in inlet box.Numerical simulation results also reveal the reason of the loss in inlet box.The structure optimization design of inlet box can be suggested from this paper.The numerical results are compared with the experimental data,which validate the precision of the numerical simulation.
