摘要(Abstract):

为研究电子膨胀阀对蒸发器过热度稳定性的影响,建立了一套制冷系统控制试验台,试验得出电子膨胀阀的最小稳态过热度曲线,并在动态响应试验中得出蒸发器增益与时间常数、延迟时间与蒸发温度和过热度的关联性,从而为电子膨胀阀的控制优化提供参考。
To research the EEV's effect on the stability of the evaporator superheat,the refrigeration control system experiment is built. The experiment show that the EEV has its own minimum steady-state superheat curve,and the dynamic response experiment gets the relationship between the evaporator gain,time constant,delay time and evaporating temprature,superheat,then it helps to built the better contol system of EEV.
