高温混合工质空气源热泵性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对空气源热泵在制取高温热水时遇到的排气温度高、排气压力高、效率低等问题,采用环保混合工质BMR来降低排气温度和排气压力,并采用中间补气结构来改善热泵在高温加热段的性能。试验结果表明,80℃出水时压缩机的排气温度和排气压力得到有效控制,排气温度不超过106℃,排气压力不超过2.7MPa,并且整个过程中制热量较平稳。实现了高温热泵高效稳定运行。
On account of the high exhaust temperature,high exhaust pressure,low efficiency problems encountered by airsource heat pumps in the process of heating water to high temperature,environmental friendly refrigerant mixture BMR is adopted to reduce exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure,and refrigerant injection structure is adopted to improve the performance of heat pump in high temperature heating period. Experimental results show that the exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure are effectively controlled while the outlet water temperature reaches 80℃,the exhaust temperature and pressure are respectively less than 106℃ and 2. 7MPa,and heat in the whole process is relatively stable. The high temperature heat pump high efficient and stable operation is realized.
