新型射流振荡器工作原理与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

设计了一种新型射流振荡器,该振荡器中没有运动件,没有温度限制,不与井下化学物质反应,寿命长,适应性好。通过FLUENT软件进行仿真,得到流体在流道中流速及压力变化过程,证明了其工作原理的可行性,并得到了新型射流振荡器压降和轴向力数值变化曲线。仿真计算与现场试验进行对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性。研究为射流振荡器的数值计算提供了方法和依据,同时也为进一步研究射流振荡器的结构参数和理论分析打下基础,为射流振荡器的设计提供理论支持。
A new type of fluidic oscillator was designed. The oscillator has no moving parts,no temperature limitation,does not react with the chemical substance in the well,and has a long service life and good adaptability. The flow speed and pressure change processes of the fluid in the flow passage were obtained by simulation using Fluent,the feasibility of its operating principle was proved,the change curve of pressure drop with axial force for the new type of fluidic oscillator was obtained. The simulation calculations were compared with field test data,and the correctness of simulation results was verified. The present study provides a method and a basis for numerical calculation of the fluidic oscillator,at the same time,it lays a foundation for the further study of the structure parameters of the fluidic oscillator and its theoretical analysis and provides theoretical support for the design of the fluidic oscillator.
