基于虚拟样机技术的压缩机曲轴动态特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

结合多体动力学和有限元方法对大型往复压缩机曲轴的动态特性进行了分析,建立了压缩机曲轴系动力学模型,分析得出了压缩机曲轴动态响应分析所需要的激励,并在这些激励力作用下计算其曲轴的振动响应,获得曲轴的位移应力分布情况,从而为曲轴机体的结构优化提供理论依据。
An integrated method of the finite element method(FEM) and the multi-body system simulation(MSS) is applied to analyze the dynamics characteristic of K5206NM reciprocating compressor crankshaft.The analysis model of dynamics of compressor crankshaft system is developed.Through the dynamics analysis of crankshaft system,the principal excitations of crankshaft dynamics analysis are obtained.Then in the actions of these excitations,vibration response of the crankshaft is calculated.Displacements and stresses distribution of the crankshaft are obtained.Thereby,guidelines is provided for the structure optimization of the crankshaft.
