箱内循环净化油液的流场模拟与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用CFD方法对单油箱内循环油液净化方式的液固流场进行了模拟,在流场中出现了短路通道和返混等现象。将模拟结果同实验观测值进行比较,两者吻合。研究结果表明,对工程中润滑油液等流体的机械杂质过滤应尽量避免采用单油箱循环模式。
A flow field simulation of oil purification in a single bucket was conducted based on CFD method.The short-circuit passage and the axial dispersion were observed in the flow field.Comparing the simulation with an experiment in the same restraints,the uniform data were reached.The results indicate that it is not preferable to circulate in a single bucket when separating solid particle contamination from oil.
