新型三柱塞高压减温泵的优化设计与应用

摘要(Abstract):

高压减温泵为减温器喷嘴提供高温高压水,属减温减压装置中的关键设备。鉴于现有多级离心泵不能满足使用要求,提出了一种新型三柱塞高压减温泵,并针对高温介质和进口高压力的特殊运行工况,采用了液力平衡与冷却的优化设计。新研发的三柱塞高压减温泵,通过安装在减温减压装置中工业性试验考核,效果良好。
As the critical device in reducing temperature and pressure unit,high-pressure thermoreduction pumps are used for supplying high temperature and high pressure water to nozzles of the desuperheater. In view of the multistage centrifugal pump can not meet the requirement of the use of existing,put forward one type of new style triple plunger high-pressure thermoreduction pump,and import high pressure and high temperature medium special operating conditions,the optimal design of hydraulic balance and cooling. The new developed the triple plunger high-pressure thermoreduction pump,by installing in the desuperheating decompression unit assessment of industrial test,the result is good.
