家用自动制冰机产冰特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

在两台家用制冰样机上进行了产冰实验测试,通过改变环境温度、初始水温以测试成品冰厚度、产量及耗电量等性能参数。利用焓法对制冰过程建立模型,开展有限差分数值模拟,并将实验结果与数值解进行对比。结果表明,环境温度是影响成品冰质量的重要因素,数值解与实测值之间相对误差的绝对值小于3%。
By means of changing ambient temperature and initial water temperature of two household automatic ice machine,ice performance parameters,such as thickness,production rate and power consumption,are tested.Mathematic physical model of freezing process is developed according to enthalpy method.Implicit format of finite difference method is utilized and numerical simulation is analyzed.Test results are contrasted with numerical results,and the conclusions indicate that ambient temperature is the most important influencing factor on ice quality and absolute relative error between numerical and experimental results is less than 3%.
