基于高速摄影技术的迷宫流道流场特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

根据高压调节阀在实际运行工况中压降要求,运用流体力学相似理论的基本原理设计出满足工况、不同结构的串、并联迷宫流道模型,并建立了可视化试验系统。运用流动显示技术将内部流场以直观的图像形式展示出来,并对流动图谱进行采集。通过对流动图谱的处理和分析,得到了串、并联迷宫流道的速度分布,绘制迷宫流道内部流场的速度分布图,同时对速度分布的特点给予详细阐述;探明了迷宫流道内易汽蚀部位,对典型漩涡区进行了整体效果分析。
Based on the high pressure regulating valve in actual operating conditions of temperature and pressure drop requirements,the similarity theory and the basic principles of fluid mechanics are used to design the labyrinth channel model connected in series and in parallel to meet the operating conditions.They also are used to set up a visual test system.The display technology is used to the study the internal flow field by visual images.The flow patterns are also collected.By studying the flow pattern,the velocity distribution for series and parallel labyrinth channel are obtained.The velocity distribution of flow field in labyrinth flow channel is showed out to study the characteristics of velocity distribution.The utmost possible erosion positions in labyrinth are pointed out.The whole effectiveness of vortex in typical area is analyzed.
