往复式压缩机管线振动数值分析

摘要(Abstract):

对往复式压缩机出口管线振动原因进行分析可知,管系的固有频率与机器的激发频率相近时产生共振是管线振动的原因之一。本文利用有限元分析软件对管系的固有频率进行分析,验证了当固有频率落在管系的激发频率附近时,将会引起管系结构的共振。并对不同的减振措施进行比较,对实际工程具有重要的指导意义。
The outlet pipeline vibration reasons of reciprocating compressor were analyzed,sympathetic vibration is one of reasons of pipeline vibration when the natural frequency of pipe system is close to the excitation frequency of machine.The finite element analysis software was used for analyzing the natural frequency of the piping system.It was verified that the excitation frequency falls near the natural frequency,resonance was caused in the pipeline structure,and the different damping measures were compared.This has important significance to practice.
