摘要(Abstract):

循环率直接影响压缩机的性能,同时也对制冷循环中制冷剂的热物理性质、换热器制冷剂侧的传热效果等造成影响,较低的油循环率使得压缩机具有较高的制冷量和COP,是制冷系统的一项至关重要的评价指标。本文通过仿真模拟和实验测试结合的方法研究了旋转式压缩机在安装油分离器后对性能的影响。对Rechi某型号压缩机三维模型进行内部流场仿真模拟,从其仿真结果中得到压缩机内部冷媒的压力与速度大小以及流线图;在试验中对此型号压缩机进行油循环率和系统测试,其结果显示油分离器在很大程度上降低了油循环率,同时提升了能效百分比。试验结果很好地与仿真结果拟合,为今后在仿真模拟和试验结合分析优化方面提供参考依据。
Oil circulation rate directly affects the performance of compressors,and also affects the thermophysical properties of refrigerants in the refrigeration cycle and the heat transfer effect of refrigerant side of the heat exchanger.Lower oil circulation rate makes compressors have higher refrigeration capacity and COP,which is an important evaluation index of the refrigeration system. The influence of rotary compressor on performance after installation of the oil separator was studied by the method of combining simulation with experimental test.The internal flow field of a three-dimensional model of Rechi compressor was simulated,and the pressure and velocity of refrigerant in the compressor and the streamline diagram were obtained from the simulation results.The oil circulation rate and the system test of this model compressor were carried out in the experiment.The results show that the oil separator reduced the oil circulation rate to a great extent,and increased the energy efficiency ratio at the same time.The experimental results were in good agreement with the simulation results,which provides a reference for the future analysis and optimization through combination of simulation and experiment.
