热泵型电镀废水处理系统性能的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于热泵与增湿去湿蒸发技术,介绍了一种用于电镀废水处理领域的热泵型废水处理系统。为了考察系统的蒸发能效水平,并分析物料循环量对系统能效的影响,搭建了系统试验台。测试结果表明,相对于热驱动系统,热泵型系统的能效水平有了较大的提高,最大达到11.1kg/(k W·h)。运行过程中存在最佳废水循环量使系统蒸发能效最大。
With the heat pump technology combined with humidification-dehumidification technology,a new heat pump electroplating wastewater treatment system is introduced. The test bed for the system is established to study the performance of evaporation energy efficiency. The results show that,a combination of heat pump system has more energy efficiency than heat driven system,evaporation energy efficiency peaked at 11. 1kg /( k W·h). There is an optimal circulating water mass flow ratio for maximum system evaporation energy efficiency in operations.
