考虑机构误差影响的动涡旋泄漏特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

以圆渐开线涡旋型线为研究对象,建立了涡旋压缩机的切向泄漏模型,根据型线的几何理论得出了切向泄漏间隙的数学表达式;依据涡旋压缩机工作原理、结构特点和机构学理论,将涡旋压缩机机构简化为一平行四连杆机构,计算并讨论了杆件的误差对切向泄漏间隙和泄漏量的影响。结果表明泄漏间隙和泄漏量的突变均易发生在曲轴转角为0°、180°和360°附近,且在转角为180°时泄漏间隙曲线存在瞬间正负突变转换,严重影响了压缩机的泄漏、磨损及稳定。由杆件误差引起泄漏率达到9%,因此机构误差对无油涡旋压缩机泄漏的影响不可忽视。
By taking the circular involute scroll profiles as the research object,the tangential leakage model of the scroll compressor was established.According to the geometric theory of the profile,the mathematical expression of the tangential leakage gap was obtained.According to the working principle,structural characteristics and mechanism theory of scroll compressor,the scroll compressor mechanism was simplified into a parallel four-connecting-rod mechanism.The influence of the error of the rods on the tangential leakage gap and leakage was calculated and discussed.The results show that the sudden change of leakage gap and leakage is easy to occur in the vicinity of the crank angle of 0°,180°and 360°,and when the crank angle is 180°,there is an instantaneous positive-negative mutation transition in the leakage gap curve,which seriously affects the leakage,wear and stability of the compressor.The leakage rate caused by the rod error reached 9%,so the influence of the mechanism error on the leakage of the oil-free scroll compressor was inneglectable.
