管道长度对高加入口三通阀阀体应力影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了分析高加入口三通阀阀体应力受管道长度影响程度的问题,建立3种运行状态下的力学模型,根据细长梁理论进行数值分析,得到了关于管道长度的弯矩公式;建立不同管道长径比的有限元模型,运用ANSYS软件进行有限元仿真分析,得到了不同管道长度下的阀体应力分布情况。分析结果表明:管道长度与阀体应力呈线性关系,管道长度越长,阀体最大等效应力值越大且分布位置由阀体内腔开孔位置转移至阀体与接管的焊接位置;管道长度对正常运行状态与高加预警状态下的阀体应力影响较大;管道长度影响阀体应力合格性评定结果;实际工程应用中应该合理控制管道长度或在合理管道长度范围内增设支撑结构,旨在保证阀体应力评定合格;阀体结构应力仿真分析的有限元模型应包含管道结构,并应尽可能考虑管道的实际情况,旨在得到更具参考意义的仿真结果。
In order to analyze the problem that the stress of the three-way valve body at the inlet pressure heater is affected by the pipe length under the operating conditions of the three-way valve at the inlet pressure heater,the mechanical models under three operating conditions were established,and the bending moment formula of pipe length was obtained by numerical analysis according to the slender beam theory.Finite element models with different pipe length-diameter ratios were established,and the stress distribution of valve body with different pipe length was obtained by finite element simulation analysis using ANSYS software.The results show that there is a linear relationship between the pipe length and the stress of the valve body.The longer the pipe length is,the greater the maximum equivalent stress value of the valve body will be,and the distribution position will be transferred from the opening position of the inner cavity of the valve body to the welding position of the valve body and the nozzle.The pipe length has a great influence on the stress of the valve body under normal operating conditions and high pressure heater warning status.The pipe length affects the evaluation result of valve body stress conformity;in the actual engineering application,the pipe length should be controlled reasonably or the support structure should be added within the reasonable pipe length to ensure that the stress evaluation of the valve body is qualified.The finite element model of the stress simulation analysis of the valve body structure should include the pipe structure,and the actual situation of the pipe should be considered as far as possible,so as to obtain more referential simulation results.
