防止中小型锅炉脱硫除尘后引风机积灰振动的研究Study of Preventing Dust-accumulation Vibration of Induced Draft Fan in Integrated System on Flue Gas Desulphurization and Dust Removal for Medium and Small Size Boilers

摘要(Abstract):
针对某热电厂进行脱硫除尘一体化改造后出现引风机因叶片积灰产生振动这一情况,提出了在风机内加装喷嘴并用含砂射流吹扫叶片的清灰改造方法。利用Fluent软件对改造前后风机的内部流场进行了数值模拟,基于非稳态算法得到一个叶片的动态吹扫过程,采用拉格朗日颗粒轨道模型模拟了不同细砂量进行吹扫的情况。结果表明:高速含砂气流既可以增大叶片非工作面压力防止积灰,又可以撞击叶片清理已经粘结在叶片的沉积物;含砂率为0.1%时候的吹扫效果最佳。
For the case of induced draft fan( IDF) is subject to vibration caused by dust accumulation after a thermal power plant's integration transformation of flue gas desulphurization and dust removal,we proposed a transformation methods——installed a nozzle into the IDF and purged with sand jet. The Fluent software was used to simulate the internal flow field simulation of IDF before and after the transformation. Based ond a non-steady-state algorithm and Lagrange particle trajectory model we got the dynamic process of purge leaves and situations in different amounts of fine sand purged. The results showed that: high-speed flow of sand can increase the pressure of non-working face to prevent dust-deposition and hit the blades to clean the blades have been bonded sediments; when the ratio of nozzle flow and sand flow is 0. 1% the results of purge is best.
