摘要(Abstract):
对径向错齿式迷宫密封中径向向内和向外两种流向下的密封性能进行了探讨。研究表明,两种流向时的密封性能有明显差别,而且所产生密封效果的优劣因节流间隙的大小而相互交替变化,当h≤0.1~0.3mm时,向内流动的密封效果较好;当h≥0.1~0.3mm时,向外流动的密封效果较佳。
In this paper, effects of two flow directions on the behavior of staggered radial labyrinth seals are studied. Following results are achieved by theoretical analysis and experimental research. The first, inward flow and outward flow have different influence substantially on the seal behavior. The second, this influence is in close connection with the clearance h.
