离心泵初生汽蚀在线检测与报警系统的研究Research about On-line Measurement and Alarm System of Incipient Cavitation in Centrifugal Pump

摘要(Abstract):
针对离心泵故障诊断中存在对初生气蚀点检测不准确和实时性不够的问题,提出了一种运用小波分析技术对离心泵初生汽蚀进行检测的方法。采用Trous算法并借助了小波模极大值理论对变换值进行信号突变点的判断,并运用MATLAB对所采用算法准确性进行了仿真验证。设计了定流量离心泵初生汽蚀点在线检测与报警系统。
After the actuality study of measuring the incipient cavitations of centrifugal pump,according to the problem that the precision of measuring and real time was insufficient.A kind of new method to measuring the incipient cavitations of centrifugal pump with the wavelet transform technique was represented.Adopting Trous algorithm and the theory of impression maximum value of wavelet transform,the singularity of signal was measured,and the veracity of the algorithm was validate through simulation using Matlab.At last the system in order to on-line measure and warn the incipient cavitations of centrifugal pump was designed.
