泵用转子上限形状系数的统一计算模型
A Unified Calculation Model of Maximum Shape Factor of Rotor for Pumps

摘要(Abstract):

为研究泵用转子的极限几何特征和上限形状系数。首先,以瞬径和瞬角为变量,构建工作轮廓参数坐标的统一模型;其次,由谷工作极限点的轮廓特征和共轭关系上的欧拉-萨伐里方程,就工作曲径是否无穷大的3种情况,分别给出极限状态的相应条件;最后,由渐开线、圆弧、斜顶线、直谷线转子轮廓加以极限验证。结果表明;极限位置的直接求出,避免了曲径常规计算上求解一、二导数的复杂性;谷工作轮廓存在0工作极限点时,顶工作极限点处的曲径被瞬心平分,曲径线垂直于曲心与轮心的连线;谷0工作极限点与轮心连线垂直于该点法线;谷工作轮廓不存在0工作极限点时,谷、顶工作极限点分别位于谷、顶工作轮廓的起始端点。所建上限形状系数的统一模型,能适用于任何工作轮廓类型下的计算。
In order to obtain the maximum rotor shape factor and study its relative limit geometry,firstly,by taking instantaneous radius and instantaneous angle as variables,a unified parameter coordinates model of working outline was constructed.Secondly,from the Euler-Savary equation on the conjugate relation and conjugate characteristic of limit point in valley working outline,the corresponding criterion of limit state was given in terms of three cases of whether working curve radius was infinite or not.Finally,the criterion was verified by actual working outline of involute,circular arc,top oblique line and straight valley line.The results show that direct calculation method of unified limit instantaneous radius and its position on working outline could avoid the complexity of solving the first and second derivatives in conventional curvature radius calculation;when there was a valley working limit point with 0 of curve radius,then the curve radius line of responding top limit point was equally divided by its instantaneous center,and was perpendicular to the connecting line of limit curvature center and rotor center;the connecting line of the valley working limit point with 0 of curve radius and the rotor center was perpendicular to the normal line of this point;when there was no working limit point with 0 of curve radius for the valley working outline,the valley and top working limit points were located at the starting point of their respective working outline.It is concluded that the unified calculation model of maximum shape factor can be applied for any working outline type.
