摘要(Abstract):

介绍了自主开发的一套用于回转机械故障噪声监测的系统 ,指出了系统的设计方法和主要功能 ,实现了从多个角度、多个方面来分析故障的原因 ,提取故障特征量 ,保证了结果诊断的正确性 ,并通过对一台水泵的实验说明了本系统的有效性
A mechanic failure noise diagnose system for rotary machinery are introduced, mainly introduced the design ideas and its function, which could diagnose machinery failure and observe characteristic parameters in some ways. At the end of the paper, we verified the system through the test of a pump.
