基于CFD分析的空调用贯流风机的性能预测

摘要(Abstract):

利用CFD软件FLUENT6.2和自行研发的"空调用贯流风机参数化建模软件",对不同结构参数情况下的贯流风机进行了实体建模和网格划分,并对内流场和气动声场进行了数值模拟,研究结构参数调整对贯流风机性能产生的影响,以便优化结构参数,提高风机性能。
By the CFD software FLUENT6.2 and the parameterized modeling program of cross-flow fan for air conditioning,the model and grid of the different structure parameters are generated,and the inner flow field and the aeroacoustic noise are simulated,and the effects on the fan performance from the change of structure parameters are investigated,the structure parameters are optimized and the fan performance is improved.
