摘要(Abstract)：

以开发成功的微速差双转子系统智能动平衡仪为例 ,对转速测量的意义、转速信号的提取、转速测量的方法及转速测量的软件实现等四个方面展开详细讨论。
Take the intellectual whole-machine balancing instrument succeeded in developing as an example, it was discussed that following four questions in detail: The importance of the rotational speed measures, the acquisition of the rotational speed signal, the method of the rotational speed measures , the realization of the rotational speed measured in software.
