直升机滑油冷却风扇性能试验及分析

摘要(Abstract):

按照国标要求组建了通风机空气动力性能试验专用试验台,对某型直升机国产和进口主减滑油冷却风扇空气动力性能进行了测试,利用专用软件对试验数据进行了处理,并对试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,国产风扇工作状态下的性能达到甚至超过了进口风扇,为国产主减滑油冷却风扇的设计定型提供了数据支持。试飞结果表明其完全可以代替进口风扇装机使用。
Based on national standard a special test-bed was set up for testing the aerodynamic performance of imported fans and homemade fan which were used for cooling lube in main gear box on a helicopter.Test data were processed by special software,and comparative analysis was made.The results show that the performance of homemade fan approaches and even excels the imported fans at working state.They provide data support for finalizing the design of homemade fan which cools lube in main gear box.Based on the flight-test result,homemade fan can be used on the helicopter instead of imported fan.
