氨吸收式太阳能热泵-板式换热器联合供暖系统的理论与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

构建一种槽式太阳能集热器、氨吸收式热泵和板式换热器联合供暖系统,探讨槽式太阳能集热器与板式换热器之间的最佳匹配关系。设定太阳能保证率为30%、40%、50%,板式换热器设计负荷占建筑负荷的20%、30%、40%、50%。建立数学模型对太阳能保证率和板式换热器换热量的组合形式进行计算,经过综合分析最终确定出当太阳能保证率在45%、板式换热器设计负荷占建筑负荷的30%时,系统达到最佳配比关系。在这种匹配关系下,系统COP为3.11,辅助加热量为520 kW·h。通过试验对构建的系统进行验证,结果表明,导热油出口温度的实测值与计算值误差为11%,供水水温的实测值与计算值误差为3%。误差在允许范围内,由此验证所建数学模型的正确性。
This paper constructs a trough solar collector,ammonia absorption heat pump and plate heat exchanger combined heating system and discuss the optimal combination between the trough solar collector and the plate heat exchanger. The solar guarantee rate is 30%,40%,50% and the design heat load of plate heat exchanger is 20%,30%,40%,50% of the construction load. The mathematical model is used to calculate the combination of the solar energy guarantee rate and the plate heat exchanger heat transfer.After a comprehensive analysis,the system achieves the optimal matching relationship when the solar guarantee rate is 45% and the design load of plate heat exchanger takes up 30% of the construction load.In this matching relationship,the system COP is 3.11 and the supplementary heat is 520 kW·h. The results show that the measured value and the calculated value error of the outlet temperature of the heat-conducting oil are 11%,and the measured value and calculated value of water supply water temperature are 3%.The error is within the allowable range to verify the correctness of the proposed mathematical model.
