罗茨风机的全啮合转子型线构建

摘要(Abstract):

针对罗茨风机转子在制造加工和生产维修过程中,其转子啮合型线难以光滑连接或不连续问题,本文根据罗茨风机两转子的运动规律和型线啮合特性,构建出罗茨风机能够实现完成啮合的转子型线,分别为圆弧—圆渐开线转子型线、圆弧包络线转子型线和摆线型转子型线,得到各转子的组成型线方程,在此基础上研究了各型线的啮合特性和面积利用率,同时构建出三叶罗茨风机转子型线。
In order to solve the problem of the unsmooth meshing of the Roots blower rotor in manufacturing and maintenance process,a new meshing profiles-the circular arc involute curve profile was put forward,the arc envelope curve profile and the cycloid curve profile,based on the law of motion of the Roots blower rotor.The meshing characteristics and the area utilization rate of each of them are achieved,and the meshing profiles of three leaves Roots blowers are obtained.
