串列式双蒸发温度新风机组的性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文通过对双蒸发温度制冷循环的理论分析发现,随着高低压级蒸发温度差的提高,双蒸发温度制冷系统与单蒸发温度系统的制冷量和COP比值逐渐增大。在新风空气处理应用中,串列式双蒸发温度新风系统存在最佳高低压气缸容积比,在容积比0.8~1.3的情况下,系统COP最高。进一步样机实验测试,结果表明:在新风工况下,双蒸发系统45 Hz的工作频率就可以获得单蒸发系统55 Hz的制冷量,样机功率降低17%。
Through the theoretical analysis of the refrigeration cycle of the double-evaporation temperature refrigeration system,it is found that the cooling rate and COP growth rate of the double-evaporation temperature refrigeration system are gradually increased compared with the single evaporation temperature system when the evaporation temperature difference between the high and low pressure stages raises.In the fresh air handling application,the tandem double-evaporation temperature fresh air system has the optimal high-low pressure cylinder volume ratio.In the case of volume ratio 0.8~1.3,the system COP is the highest.Further prototype test results show that under the fresh air condition,the operating frequency of the double evaporation system at 45 Hz can obtain the cooling capacity of 55 Hz in the single evaporation system,and the power of the prototype is reduced by 17%.
