不同转动惯量叶轮对泵开机瞬态特性的影响
Analysis on the Influence of the Pump Starting Transient Performance with Different Inertia Impeller

摘要(Abstract):

转动惯量是影响离心泵开机加速度的主要因素,直接关系到泵从开机到达稳定运行所需要消耗的时间,选取了3组不同转动惯量的叶轮,采用Flowmaster流体系统仿真软件对所选泵模型系统进行了外特性模拟,得到了时间—流量、时间—转速曲线。对泵开机的启动过程进行试验,与模拟结果进行了对比,模拟结果与试验结果能很好的拟合;为进一步分析泵启动过程中的内部流动状态,将外特性模拟的结果作为边界条件,采用ANSYS CFX分别对3组拥有不同转动惯量叶轮的泵进行了非定常模拟,绘制出了相应的压力分布云图,及t=0.27s时的速度分布流线图。分析证实了转动惯量对泵开机稳定性有很大的影响,转动惯量越大,需要开机稳定的时间越长;在开机过程中,叶轮达到稳定运转的时间要超前于流量达到稳定的时间,并且得出采用Flowmaster和ANSYS相结合的方法能够方便有效地解决流体系统的工程实际问题,为以后相关问题的求解带来了便利。
The moment of inertia is one of the main factors affecting centrifugal pump boot acceleration,and have the directly connection to the consumed time the pump from start to steady-state needed. There are three different moment of inertia of the impeller have been selected. At first,we use the"Flowmaster"fluid system simulation software do the outer characteristics simulation to the selected-model,get the time-flow and the time-speed curve. Then,do the experiment research in the process when pump start-up,and compare with the simulation result,shows that the simulation result can be in good agreement with the experiment result. In order to future understand the internal flow condition,the outer characteristics simulation results were be used as the boundary condition,using the ANASYS CFX software do the transient simulation to the three groups with different inertia pump impeller,and draw the pressure distribution picture,and the velocity streamline distribution picture when t = 0. 27. In according to the analysis,we can confirm that the impact of inertia is one of the factors in the stability during the pump star,and we can get that the greater moment of inertia,the longer the boot stable,during the pump start-up,pump impeller will approach steady-state operating speed much more rapidly than the fluid would approach steady-state flow. We also can get that combined Flowmaster with ANSYS can solved engineering practice problem in fluid system conveniently,and take it easy to solve the similar problem.
