螺杆压缩机组立式油分离器分油效率研究

摘要(Abstract):

作为螺杆式冷水机组最重要部件之一,立式油分离器的工作效率影响着整机产品能效及运行可靠性。为研究立式油分离器分油效率,搭建了分油效率试验系统,测试对比了2种主流结构立式油分离器在不同工况及油位高度下的分油效率。研究发现:名义工况下,旋分式油分离器分油效率略高于滤网式油分离器,而在最大制冷工况及低压差工况,滤网式油分离器有更好的性能表现。随着油分油位的升高,2种油分离器分油效率均呈降低趋势,滤网式油分离器受油位高度变化的影响更大。油位高度控制在0.5~1.0格时,2种油分离器名义工况下均可实现较好的分油效果。滤网式油分离器成本更加低廉,在变工况条件分油效率表现更稳定,更适用于大型螺杆式冷水机组。本研究可为后续螺杆冷水机组的油分离器设计和选用提供技术指导。
As one of the most important components of screw chillers,the working efficiency of vertical oil separator affects the product energy efficiency and operation reliability of the whole machine.To study the oil separation efficiency of the oil separator,a test system is built to test and compare the oil separation efficiency of two vertical oil separators of mainstream structures under different working conditions and oil level height.It is found that the oil separation efficiency of the rotational oil separator is slightly higher than that of the filter oil separator under nominal operating conditions,while the filter oil separator has better performance under maximum cooling and low pressure differential conditions.With the increase of oil level,the oil efficiency of the two types of oil separator decreases,and the influence of oil level on the filter oil separator is greater.Under nominal working conditions,when the oil level height is controlled at 0.5~1 graduation,both separators have good oil separation efficiency.Due to the lower cost and stable oil separation efficiency under variable working conditions,the filter oil separator is more suitable for large screw chiller.This study can be used as technical guidance for the design and selection of vertical oil separator for screw chiller units.
