压缩机停机后干气密封损坏原因分析及对策

摘要(Abstract):

合成气压缩机停机后低压缸两侧干气密封一级密封泄漏气流量出现异常,在盘车阶段一级密封泄漏流量逐步增大,盘车停后泄漏流量猛增,确认干气密封已损坏。经拆检确认了密封泄漏通道,发现一级密封动静环严重磨损、滑移直径处密封圈磨损并开裂。干气密封被工艺介质粉尘、颗粒所污染及盘车器长期运行是造成干气密封损坏的根本原因。分析认为增压单元投用、增压泵及时启动、缩短机组盘车时间、工艺气快速泄压、系统氮气质量和氮气压力稳定等因素对干气密封磨损及损坏有较大的影响。
The leaking gas flow rate of primary seal appeared abnormal on both sides of dry gas seal in low pressure cylinder after the synthetic gas compressor was shut down.The leakage flow of primary seal increased gradually in the barring stage and increased suddenly after the barring was stopped,thus the damage of dry gas seal was confirmed.The seal leakage channel was confirmed after disassembly and inspection.It was found that the rotating ring and stationary ring on the primary seal were worn seriously,and the seal ring at slip diameter was worn and cracked.The root cause of the damage of the dry gas was the pollution of the dry gas seal by process medium dust and particles and long time operation of the barring device.It was concluded that the use of booster unit,in-time start of booster pump,barring time shortening of the unit,fast pressure relief of process gas,system nitrogen quality and nitrogen pressure stability have great influence on the wear and damage of the dry gas seal.
