脱硫系统投运对吸风机运行的影响原因及预防措施

摘要(Abstract):

电厂增设脱硫系统后,由于烟道系统异动,对吸风机调节特性产生较大影响,使吸风机运行出现安全隐患。本文对脱硫系统投运前后吸风机运行工况进行了比较,根据吸风机失速异常情况,分析了脱硫系统投运后对吸风机调节特性产生影响的原因,并提出了预防措施。
After the installation of desulfurization system in power plant,because of the changes of the flue system,the absorption characteristics of air-conditioning have great influence,so the operation appear a security risk.In this paper,the operating conditions of induced draft fan was compared,that desulfurization system was putted into operation before and after,according to induced draft fan stall anomalies,analyses the causes that the impact on suction fan characteristics after desulfurization system be put into operation,and proposed preventive measures.
