微通道换热器在风冷冷热水热泵中的性能研究Experimental Study of Air Cooled Heat Pump with a Micro-Channel Heat Exchanger

摘要(Abstract):
将微通道换热器和翅片式换热器分别应用在冷暖两用的风冷冷热水热泵机组中,分别对R410A机组和R22机组进行测试,试验结果表明,不管是R410A机组还是R22机组,采用微通道换热器的机组均可达到与采用翅片式换热器机组相当的性能,而且微通道换热器相比翅片式换热器体积及重量大大减小。本文还对微通道换热器的放置方式进行试验研究,建议在冷暖两用的风冷冷热水热泵机组中采用微通道换热器制冷逆流的放置方式。
Micro-channel heat exchanger and fin-and-tube heat exchanger was used in air cooled heat pump with R410 A and R22 respectively. The units were tested and the results indicate that the units with micro-channel heat exchanger which is smaller and lighter have almost the same performance compared to the units with fin-and-tube heat exchanger, no matter with R410 A or with R22, the way that the micro-channel was installed was also analyzed and it was suggested that the micro-channel heat exchanger was installed in the backward flow direction in air cooled heat pump.
