柔性丝刷式密封泄漏特性的数值与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

柔性刷丝较金属刷丝可降低刷封重量和摩擦磨损。建立"L"形柔性丝刷式密封泄漏特性分析的数值模型,分析结构参数、工况参数和安装参数对泄漏率的影响。试验测量压差和转速对泄漏率的影响,并与数值结果对比验证。结果表明:在刷束区流体压力发生突降;小压差、高温度和高转速工况下泄漏率降低,反之则提高,其中转速的影响程度较低;降低孔隙率、刷丝直径、前板间隙、后板间隙或增加刷丝长度、刷束厚度可提高密封性能;合适的密封间隙可通过流阻效应起到密封作用,并显著降低摩擦磨损;试验与数值模拟结果误差小于10%,变化趋势一致。
Flexible bristles can reduce the weight,friction and wear of the brush seal compared with mental bristles.The "L" numerical model was established to analyze leakage characteristics of flexible bristle brush seal.The influences of structural parameters,working conditions and installation parameters on the leakage were analyzed.The influences of pressure and rotating speed on the leakage were measured by experiment and compared with the numerical results.The results show that:Pressure drop mainly occurred in bristles pack;The leakage rate decreases under the conditions of low pressure difference,high temperature and high speed,and increases on the contrary,the influence degree of speed is lower;Reducing porosity,bristle diameter,front and back plate clearance or increasing bristle length,bristles pack thickness can improve the sealing performance;Suitable seal gap can keep sealing through flow resistance effect,and can reduce the friction and wear significantly;The error between experimental results and numerical results is less than 10%,and the variation trend is consistent.
