冷却型高温熔盐旋转接头的热设计与热分析

摘要(Abstract):

采用蒸汽或导热油做工质的常规桨叶换热器通常用于300℃以内的物料加热(如干燥)。采用混合硝酸盐做工质的桨叶换热器上限温度可接近600℃,其关键问题之一是常规旋转接头(即低温型)会在高温下出现密封失效。为解决此问题,设计了冷却型旋转接头,通过数值模拟计算了隔热、风冷、液冷等方法对旋转接头密封区的降温效果。结果表明:单独填充隔热层或者单独使用风冷,难以将旋转接头密封区温度降至常规工作温度;使用液冷、隔热-风冷复合或隔热-液冷复合等方法可使旋转接头密封区温度降至常规工作温度,其中隔热-液冷复合方案降温效果最佳,可用于熔盐桨叶换热器设计。
Paddle heat exchangers with steam or heat transfer oil as working fluid are usually employed in material heating(e.g.,drying) in the range less than 300℃. By using nitrate salt mixture as working media,the top working temperature can reach nearly 600℃. However,sealing failure of the rotary joints is one critical problem. To solve this problem,cooling-type rotary joints are designed and the temperature-reducing performance of heat insulation,air-cooling and liquid-cooling is calculated by numerical simulation. The results show that it is hard to reduce the sealing region temperature of the rotary joints to conventional working temperature by merely using heat insulation or air-cooling. By using liquid-cooling,combined heat insulation and air-cooling or combined heat insulation and liquid-cooling,the sealing region temperature can decrease below conventional working temperature.The combined heat insulation and liquid-cooling method behaves the best in cooling which can be applied in design of molten salt paddle heat exchangers.
