离心压缩机回流器内部流动分析

摘要(Abstract):

通过回流器内部流动的理论分析和对不同型式回流器的实验测试,着重研究了回流器内部流动特征,回流叶片型式对回流器性能及压缩机级特性的影响规律。应用了流线曲率法计算子午面流动,快速近似法计算叶片表面速度分布;用积分法计算二元可压缩紊流边界层。试验中分别对不同叶型叶片的回流器进行了静吹风和中间级性能试验,从理论和实践相结合的角度论证了最小扩压度叶型回流器的优越性。
The characteristic of internal flow in return channels and the effects of blade profiles of return channels on the performances of return channels and compressor characteristic were emphasistically investigated, throush the theoretical analyses and tests for different type return channels in this paper. The velocity distribution on meridianal stream surfaces and on blade surfaces were calculated by using the streamline curvature method and the rapid approximate method respectively. The 2D compressible turbulent boundary layers were calculated by using integration method.
