CFX仿真分析技术在止回阀阀板抖动故障处理中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对管路系统试验泵出口止回阀运行过程中出现的阀板抖动故障进行分析,根据系统运行工况和阀门阀板结构特点,运用CFX软件对该止回阀阀板进行仿真分析。通过开展阀板的开启角度和水力特性进行分析计算,对阀板不同开启位置时对应的阀门阻力系数、阀板所受合力矩(水动力矩、重力矩)等参数进行对比。对比结果表明,该止回阀阀板在不同开启角度时,其阻力变化情况与阀板所受的驱开力矩存在一定对应关系,在此基础上微调了该阀门阀板的全开角度,并进行试验验证,试验结果证明了所提出的解决方案有效。
Aiming at the malfunction of disc wobble,this paper simulated the disc dynamic characteristic of check valve by applying the CFX software,based on the system environment and structure characteristic of the disc.By means of the progress the analysis and calculation of the characteristic under different open angle of disc,obtained the resistance coefficient and composition moment of disc etc,and contrasted this data.As a result,under the different open angle of disc,it exist relevance of the resistance coefficient to the composition moment.Based on the relation,adjust the full open angle of disc,and developed the test,proved the scheme is validated.
