大中型客车发动机余热驱动的制冷空调的开发

摘要(Abstract):

提出了一种新型大中型汽车发动机余热驱动的溴化锂吸收式制冷装置,该装置中,冷凝器、蒸发器、吸收器、发生器分别独立安装在车厢底板下且位于同一平面内,利用特殊设计的连接管道连接形成密闭回路,合理利用车内有限空间,解决了现有余热驱动吸收式制冷设备因体积与重量过大而无法应用于车辆上的问题。利用传热学、流体力学、弹性力学等理论对其进行了设计计算,并进行了台架试验,结果表明,该装置应用在现有大中型客车上是可行的。
A new LiBr absorption refrigerating device driven by exhaust heat from automotive engine in large and medium-sized bus was presented.The condenser,evaporator,absorber,and generator are separately installed underneath the platform floor and they are in the same plane.To form them into a close circle,specialized interconnecting pipes are needed.Such design can make the best of the limited space in the bus,and solve the problem that the current absorbent refrigerating device driven by waste heat isn't available in the vehicle for it is overlarge and overweight.The design calculations based on heat transfer theory,hydromechanics,elasticity etc,combined with the experiments on platform show that the device is available in current large and medium-sized bus.
