迷宫密封气流激振的试验研究和稳定性分析

摘要(Abstract):

迷宫密封气流激振的实验研究表明,影响激振力大小的因素有:转子的偏心量或涡动半径、进气预旋速度、密封进、出口压差、转速和旋转方向等。支承刚度和阻尼对转子稳定性有明显的影响。实验结果为一台离心压缩机的自激振动提供了分析依据。
The experimental study of airdynamical excited vibration in the labyrinth seals showed that the excited forces are influenced by fpllowing parameteres: the eccentricity or radius of whirl, entry swirl, pressure difference between inlet and outlet, rotor speed and direct of rotation etc. Stiffness and demping of the rotor were maim factors effected on the stability of the rotor. the experimental result taked a basis of analysis of a self-excited vibration occured in a centrifugal compressor.
