离心压缩机轴位移故障自愈调控系统仿真研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过模拟仿真的方法,研究了离心压缩机轴位移故障自愈调控系统的稳定性和实时性。针对轴位移故障自愈调控试验装置,利用Labview虚拟仪器平台,分别采用布尔控制器、PID控制器和模糊PID控制器来调整平衡盘两侧压差,研究它们调节转子轴向推力的能力。研究结果表明,通过改变平衡盘两侧的压差来控制轴向力,便可将轴位移控制在安全范围内;而模糊PID控制方案具有较强的适应性和耐用性,可以较好的满足自愈调控系统稳定性和实时性的要求。
The stabilities and timeliness of rotor axial displacement fault self-recovery and regulation system were investigated by simulation methods in Labview software.The Boolean Controller,PID Controller and Fuzzy-PID controller were used to adjust the air pressure on both sides of the balance plate which was installed on the experiment equipment,and the adjust abilities of the three different controllers were compared.The results show that the axial displacement can be controlled in safe region by changing the air pressure,and the fuzzy-PID controller has more applicability and robustness,so it's favorite to stabilities and timeliness of the system.
